Description: This compact selection forms a bushy clump of dark-green leaves, bearing spikes of deep-pink flowers through the summer months. Removing faded spikes will keep plants in flower for much longer. Excellent for cutting. Clumps may be pruned hard if they get floppy. Easily divided in fall or early spring.

Sowing instructions: Sow mid spring-mid summer in a good seed compost just covering the seed with compost. Seal inside a polythene bag and place in the dark until the first seedlings start to show. Keep compost moist but not saturated. Germination takes around 30 days at 20-25C.

Planting instructions: full sun and well drained soil.
