Description: The strong erect stems elevate a refreshing floral display of tall, slender blue columns crowded with small tubular blossoms that taper into curvy green tips. Composed of dozens of densely arranged, small florets, the flowers open progressively from the base upwards to form a long lasting spike. Bees love this plant!

Sowing instructions: Sow mid spring-mid summer in a good seed compost just covering the seed with compost. Seal inside a polythene bag and place in the dark until the first seedlings start to show. Keep compost moist but not saturated. Germination takes around 30 days at 20-25C.
