Grote, mauve tot witte bloemen boven stekelige bladeren waaroverheen spinnenwebben lijken te zijn gedrapeerd. Prachtige, architecturele plant.

Zaai-instructies: Zaain feb-jun. Kiemt in 21-30 dagen bij 15-20 Celsius.

Description:
Large, mauve to white flowers above very prickly, dark green foliage with attractive looking cobwebs draped over the leaves adding to its character. Makes an excellent architectural border plant.

Sowing instructions: Sowing Time: feb-jun or sep-oct. Sow seed on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Cover seed with a light sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Keep at a temperature of between 15-20 Celsius. After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not waterlogged; germination usually takes 21-30 days.

Planting instructions: Light, well drained soil in full sun
