Description: Drought tolerant perennial; Showy yellow sunflower-like flowers along open hillsides, grasslands, sagebrush, or open pine forests. Leaves, stems and flowers are -unfortunately- much liked by deer. However, also good pollinator species and seeds are eaten by birds and rodents
