Alles is eetbaar aan deze verfplant. De witgrijze stengels en blaadjes geven sierwaarde. Langwerpige bloeiaren in diepblauwe kleur met grijswollige basis en kruidige geur!

Zaai-instructies: Kiemt in 30-120 dagen bij 12-15 Celsius. Zaden weken.

Plant-instructies: Deze plant krijgt op den duur een houtige basis, die door snoeien (in het voorjaar) steeds wordt verjongd. Volle zon. Niet te nat.

Description:

Every part of this plant, which is also used to make dye, is edible. The grey-white stems and leaves also make this a pretty plant. Long clusters of flowers are deep blue and have a nice smell.

Sowing instructions: seeds will usually germinate in 30-120 days, even under good conditions germination may be erratic. Sow seeds about 2mm deep in a well drained seed sowing mix at about 12°C. Soak for 12 hours in tepid water before sowing.

Planting instructions: Over time the base of this plant will become woody. Cut it back every spring to rejuvenate it. Full sun and not too moist.
