Onovertroffen borderplant met platte, zonning-gele bloemschermen boven fijn, varenachtig blad. Aantrekkelijk voor insecten en als snij- en droogbloem.

Zaai-instructies: Kiemt in 1-3 maanden bij 15-20 Celsius. Zaden niet afdekken, wel aandrukken.

Description:

An indispensible border plant with flat, plate-like, mustard yellow flower heads carried above finely-cut, ferny foliage. This free flowering perennial is undemanding and easy to grow, making a bright splash of summer colour in borders and meadows. Achillea flowers make a charming cut flower and can be dried for everlasting flowers too.

Sowing instructions: Sow seed on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Cover seed with a light sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Keep at a temperature of between 15-20C. After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not waterlogged; germination can take 1-3 months.

Planting instructions: For best results, provide any ordinary, well-drained soil in full sun.
