Deze witte vruchten hebben een hartvorm met een gewicht tot +/- 600 gram en een langsdoorsnede van ongeveer 11 bij 10,5 cm. Een echte beefsteaktomaat met weinig zaad. Goede smaak.

Description:
The Coeurs-de-Boeuf, or beefheart tomatoes, don't go unnoticed. These tomatoes, with opulent shapes and rustic look, bring forgotten flavors back into fashion. In thin, regular slices, their meltingly sweet flesh goes perfectly with mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, basil and crushed garlic. Served raw in carpaccios or tartares, marinated or in a southern-style salad, they will make gourmets melt in pleasure.
