De linze is een oeroud maar niet meer zo bekend peulgewas. Bevat veel vezels en ijzer. Lekker in soep of in stoofschotels en curries.

Description:

This superfood gives you protein and cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber, as well as about twice as much iron as other legumes.
