Beschrijving:
Sappige, formaat pingpongbal knolletjes met een roze hoedje, voedzaam en vols maak. Voor rauw in de salade of om te stomen of roerbakken.

Winterhard in: zones 6-7-8 (-5 Celsius)

Zaai-instructies: apr tot july, met een interval van 4 weken. Zaai dun, 1 cm. diep in rijen op 20 cm.

Plant-instructies: Raapjes moeten snel groeien voor het beste resultaat. Geef dus veel water en voeding. Oogst wanneer ze middelgroot zijn, van mei tot september.

Succulent, 'ping pong' ball sized roots full of flavour especially grated raw in salads or as a steamed vegetable. Use tender tops in salads, stir fries or steamed.

Sowing instructions: Sow April through to July, at 4 weekly intervals. Sow thinly, 1cm deep in drills 20cm apart.

Planting instructions: For best results turnips should be grown quickly, help to achieve this by watering and feeding well at all stages. Harvest when still medium size for the best flavour. Prefers a well drained, moist, fertile soil. Harvest May to September.
