Description: If you cross cauliflower with broccoli (sprouting broccoli), you will get a mixture of beautiful, usually light purple tinted buds. The flavor hovers between broccoli and cauliflower: a nice, solid, cabbage flavor. The plants are hardy, but recommended for daytime frost protection with garden fleece.
