Van deze soort eet je het blad met een zoete broccolismaak! Bloemscheutjes zijn niet zo talrijk, maar wel smakelijk! Jong blad gaat in de salade. Het oudere, grijze loof in de stampot.

 

Zaai-instructies: Zaai in mei of juni en plant uit in jul-aug.

Plant-instructies: Verlangt een voedzame, goed bewerkte en vochthoudende grond. Uitplanten op 50 cm.
