Beschrijving:

Stelen in vele kleuren. De kleur zet zich voort in de bladnerf. Het blad zelf is iets bobbelig in groene en bronzen kleurentinten. Om te roerbakken.

Description:

The stems come in many colours which are repeated in the veins. The leaves themselves are somewhat bubbly and either green or bronze coloured. Use this veg in stir fries or cook it like spinach. Harvest by picking a few leaves, snapping them off near the base of the plant, from several plants rather than completely stripping one
