A small semi-evergreen bulbous species from Northwestern Argentina. It makes narrow, slightly bluish-green leaves and several showy, small plum-blue flowers.

Sowing instructions: Sow in autumn and put outside. Will germinate in spring.

 

Planting instructions: Easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in full sun. In winter keep semi-dormant bulbs almost completely dry
