Beschrijving:
Compact en met grotere bloemen. Inheems is in Nederland, dus beter winterbestendig dan de echte tijm. Culinair kruid, met een vleugje citroenaroma. Aantrekkelijk voor bijen.

Zaai-instructies: mar-apr. Zaad niet afdekken. Kiemt in 18-24 dgen bij 13-16 Celsius.

Plant-instructies: Geef ze een droog plekje in de zon en knip de takjes met donkergroene blaadjes regelmatig. Een strenge winter, gecombineerd met een natte plek is funest.

Aromatic low growing bush or creeping herbs, ideal for rockeries, borders, or along pathways. Pretty pink or purple blossoms are a favorite of honeybees. Culinary and medicinal value.

Sowing instructions: Sow from late winter to early summer 1.5mm deep in seed compost. Make sure that the compost is moist but not wet and seal in a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 18-24 days at 13-16 Celsius.

Planting instructions: A dry spot in full sun. Keep cutting and it will stay compact. Cold temperatures combined with wet feet will kill it off!
