Beschrijving:
Kruidig, aromatisch blad, afkomstig uit het verre oosten. Blad wordt in rauwkost of gestoofd gegeten. Oogst op 20 cm boven de grond, dan kun je lange tijd oogsten. Roodbladig type, geeft ook een sierlijk effect in sier- en moestuin.

Description:
These highly ornamental annuals resemble coleus and make excellent container plants. Purple crinkled scalloped leaves are wonderful in mixed green salads. They have a cinnamon scent and a sharp curry flavor. Very popular (called "Shiso") in Asian cooking.
