Beschrijving:
Kleine, maar uitbundige bloeiende blauwzwarte viooltjes met felgeel hartje. Bloeit van voorjaar tot herfst en, als je niet te veel de grond bewerkt, zaait zich op dezelfde plaats weer uit.

Zaai-instructies: feb-mrt (binnen) of jun-sep (buiten). Kiemt in 14-21 dagen bij 15-20 Celsius. Geen kieming: in het donker zetten!

Plant-instructies: Bevorder de bloei bevorderen door de uitgebloeide bloemetjes zoveel mogelijk te verwijderen. Geef ze vocht, zon of halfschaduw. Selecteer steeds de donkerste uit om verbastering te voorkomen.

Sowing instructions: Sow Feb-March (under cover) or Jun-Sep (outside). Sow on the surface of lightly firmed, moist seed compost in pots or trays. Cover with a very fine sprinkling of compost or vermiculite. Seal container inside a polythene bag and keep at a temperature of between 15-20 Celsius. After sowing, do not exclude light as this helps germination. Keep the surface of the compost moist but not waterlogged; germination will usually take 14-21 days. Take care not to provide too high a temperature, as this can prevent germination. If no germination occurs: cover the seeds in darkness.

Planting instructions: Pinch faded flowers from the plant to keep them flowering. They need a moist soil in full sun or partial shade. Will selfsow. Select the darkest specimens and pull the others out.
