Bontbladige sierbladplant. De bloemen zijn onbetekend. Als decoratieve tuinplant of voor de pluktuin. Wordt pas bontbladig na het buiten uitplanten.

Sowing instructions: Sow in spring at 15-18 Celsius, 3mm deep in a good seed compost. Keep soil damp but not wet. Germination usually takes 10-21 days.

Planting instructions: sun and ordinary well drained soil. To produce longer lasting 'cut flowers', sear the cut ends over a flame or dip them in boiling water.
