Boasting huge white flowers, this strange-looking plant is extremely easy to grow, and is an excellent candidate for outdoor growing in colder climates, but will prefer protection from too much wet. In its native home in Chile it grows at extreme altitude, well above the timber line, where it prefers sunny spots and well-drained soil.
