Ideale wintersalade-plant. De pittige tuinkerssmaak, het hoge vitaminegehalte en de vorstbestendigheid maken hem tot een topper. Niet vaker dan 1x per 2 weken eten.

Zaai-instructies: Zaai in het najaar en zet buiten. Kiemt in het voorjaar. Lichtkiemer,dus zaden niet afdekken.

Description:

A wonderful salad green when young and the greens are also an excellent vegetable if treated kindly. Lightly steam or gently sweat in butter until just wilted. The unopened inflorescences can also be picked and steamed like broccoli. Do not eat it more often than once every two weeks.
