Beschrijving:

Karakteristieke, zeer lange, grillig gevormde bloeiaren – de hele zomer lang komen er steeds nieuwe bloeistengels aan de plant, zodat die ook in de border voor mooie contrasten zorgt.

Description:

Annual with distinct, very long, oddly shaped flowering spikes, cultivated for long for the dried flowers trade. All summer long ever new flowering stems appear on the plant, so it can provide for lovely contrasts in colour and shape in the border as well.

Sowing instructions: Sow in feb/mar in a greenhouse, propagator or warm position indoors on the surface of a good seed compost and cover with vermiculite or a light sprinkling of compost. Germination takes 7-14 days at 18-24 Celsius.

Planting instructions: open, sunny spot and very well drained soil
